30-day satisfaction help

Email us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

 

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging when possible. Return approval is required before sending anything back.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

Non-returnable items
