Refund policy
We want your FrostSip order to arrive in great condition. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help.
To start a return or issue request, email thefrostsip@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging when possible. Return approval is required before sending anything back.
Used items, items damaged after delivery, and items returned without approval may not be eligible for refund.
If approved, we will provide the next steps by email.
